Shipping of the order

As a general rule, the packages are sent within 24 to 48 hours after receiving the payment, through the companies contracted for such service. Please contact us for any questions or clarifications before requesting this option. Whichever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your order online, as long as the shipping company provides us with this link.

Shipping charges include handling and packaging fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the package. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot combine two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

From the moment you place your order and it leaves our premises with the transport company, the customer who has made the purchase is the owner of the goods and from that moment we are not responsible for any damage that may occur to your package / s in that shipment, but we do everything possible to protect all fragile items.

When a customer makes a purchase that includes a transport company, this transport service is contracted by the customer. All the transport company has a contracted insurance of civil responsibility of transport of merchandise.
